Anybody can squeegee glass. We do the tracks, the sills, the frames and the screens too — because that’s the part you actually see every time you open the slider.
Why Florida glass is harder than it looks
Two things wreck windows here, and neither one is dirt.
Sprinkler overspray. Every cycle throws mineral-heavy water onto the glass. The water evaporates and leaves the calcium behind. Do that a few hundred times and you have a hardened mineral layer bonded to the surface — that cloudy haze that no amount of Windex touches.
Salt and humidity. Closer to the water, salt film builds on the outside of the glass and holds every bit of dust that lands on it.
Both need to be treated and broken down, not scrubbed harder. Scrubbing harder on mineral deposits is how glass gets scratched — and scratched glass is a replacement, not a cleaning.
If your windows still look hazy after being cleaned, they weren’t dirty. They were mineral-stained, and nobody treated them.

The grit that grinds up your rollers comes out. Sliders stop fighting you.
Frames wiped down
Including the mildew line along the bottom of the frame that gets left behind constantly.
Screens removed, washed and reset
Washed separately and put back in the opening they came out of.
Hard-water treatment where it’s needed
Mineral staining gets a proper treatment rather than more elbow grease. If a pane is etched past saving, we’ll tell you instead of charging you to find out.
Questions we get asked
Do you do second-story windows?
Yes — exterior second-story is handled from a ladder or with a water-fed pole depending on access.
Can hard-water stains always be removed?
Most can. Deposits that have been baking on for many years sometimes etch the glass itself, and no cleaning removes that. We’ll test a pane and show you before quoting the whole house.
Should windows be done before or after a house wash?
After. Wash the house first, then the windows — otherwise the wash puts runoff right back on clean glass.
